Dangote Refinery Slashes Petrol Price to N899.50 for the Holiday Season

In a welcome move to ease the financial burden on Nigerians during the festive period, Dangote Refinery has announced a significant reduction in the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), also known as petrol. Effective immediately, the new price of petrol at Dangote Refinery's truck loading gantry or Single Point Mooring (SPM) is N899.50 per litre.

This latest price cut is the second in less than a month, following an earlier reduction to N970 per litre on November 24. The refinery's decision to slash prices is aimed at providing relief to Nigerians who often face increased travel expenses during the holiday season.

Special Holiday Offer

To further alleviate transport costs, Dangote Refinery is introducing a special holiday offer. Consumers who purchase petrol in cash will be eligible to buy an additional litre on credit, backed by a bank guarantee from Access Bank, First Bank, or Zenith Bank.
